Purpose/Objective |
|
The Web Developer is responsible for development and implementation of
front-end interface components for our web site, publishing system and
e-marketing systems. |
|
Key Responsibilities |
|
Interact directly with marketing and engineering to ensure web systems
are built that meet the requirements of our eBusiness application and
our customers. |
Requirements
Highly motivated by new challenges; work best in an environment that
values teamwork and individual initiative.
Demonstrated expertise with JavaScript,ASP, VBScript, Visual Basic and
COM.
Strong skills in CORBA and SQL Server.
Working knowledge of database architecture.
Experience with one or more e-commerce solutions such as Microsoft
SiteServer, Broadvision One-to-One or Vignette StoryServer.
Minimum 4 years' programming experience with at least 2 years in
web-based technologies.
BSCS or MSCS degree, or equivalent directly related work experience.
Windows NT and IIS 4.0 expertise.
Knowledge of cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility issues.
Knowledge of XML based solutions for content syndication a plus. |
